REQUIREMENTS FOR HOMEREADY PROGRAM:

  • Income Limits: Borrower’s income must not exceed 80% of the area median income (AMI).

  • Credit Score: Minimum of 620.

  • Down Payment: As low as 3% of the home's purchase price.

  • Homeownership Education: Completion of an approved homeownership education course is required.

  • Debt-to-Income Ratio: Generally up to 50%, depending on the overall risk profile.
